1.Fast free ship from USA local warehouse 

Domestic shipping rates and delivery times (including shipping and handling times) are as follows:

    free standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail (4-7 business days)

    $10 expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days)

Returns Policy
 

We are happy to take returns if no longer needed. We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yunnanbaiyaoshop.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • All returned products must be same as received, same total qty, all unopened, unused, seal intact and without damage. Packages that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned.

  • Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee and the original shipping cost below will be also deducted.

    1-5 packs: $5 restocking fee and $7 shipping cost ($12 in total）
    6-19 packs: $5 restocking fee and $10 shipping cost ($15 in total）
    ≥20 packs: $5 restocking fee and $20 shipping cost ($25 in total）

    Please note the additional shipping fee is non-refundable if an expedited shipping option is chosen by customers. That will be added to the above deductions.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

  • All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to giving credit.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to your PayPal account or other payment method used to place the order.

  • For auto-ship subscription orders, customers can cancel the service on their end or contact us to cancel the service, but orders which have been fulfilled before that would be subject to our usual Return Policy.
